Thank you to the following members who came on Saturday 20th July to help with the Clean Up Day:
Roy Prosser and Evelyn, John Overton, Neil Wheatley, Gareth Don and Oliver, Gary Setchell, Alex and Andy, Frank Wilkins, Mike Evetts, Barry James, Michael Welsh, Awais Muhammed, Rod Lewis, Pete Roddy and Kate Hughes. We had a very productive day, removing the fence and rubble, hoping to create some more car parking space long term. Still more work to be done, but it was a great effort from everyone.
Thank you also to the member (not sure who it was), who cut back the bushes at the back of the club earlier this week.
There are some fence panels and wood in a pile at the club. If these can be of use to anyone, for fire wood etc, please help yourself.
Finally, please do not park on the cleared area. It still requires further work.
