The Rinnhofer Sisters at The Cadet National Championship.

Well done to Sophie Rinnhofer for reaching the final of the Consolation event at the Cadet National Championships yesterday. A great run of wins in the knock out stages; after finishing in second place in the round robin group, losing in the final to Erin Green from Nottingham. On route to the final Sophie beat Helena Dicken 3-1, Megan Jones 3-2, and Scarlett Anders 3-2.
Also, well done to older sister Lisa Rinnhofer who topped her group this morning beating Federica Bonato 3-0 and higher ranked player Gemma Kerr 3-2; and went through to the last 16 in the Junior National Championships. Lisa then faced Sarah Mengistab, who trains at Grantham College; and despite losing 1-4, played very well; with some excellent counter attacking rallies and movement around the table.
It was a pleasure to sit in your corner and coach you today. Well done to both of you for all your success this season.
